Ready or not?

We had a most amazing winter season, sharing the Good News with hundreds of kids in public elementary schools through Child Evangelism Fellowship’s after-school programs and all other ages including senior communities and Alzheimer programs . . . right up until the brakes went on in mid-March!

While the disheartening news focused on Covid-19 and most ministry groups were shut down, it quickly became a different season for outreach. Suddenly requests were coming in for counsel and prayer – a single mom asking for support while attempting to recommit her life to the Lord, leave an unhealthy relationship, and try to stay sober. And a single, pregnant woman trying to stay clean, who desperately needed direction, contacted us.

During this period of many unknowns, Wes and Nick have been able to do more behind the scenes work, such as preparing new music and video projects. We were thrilled with a couple private concerts in the month of July and it has us excited for what is to come! We will take it one opportunity at a time and watch God piece it together, opening doors in His perfect timing.

It seems it’s about giving up control (which this pandemic has surely taught us) and taking one step forward at a time, trusting God to guide each one. We know God has a master plan in all this
and for each of us. We only need to fix our eyes on Him and take the first step.

Thank you for your support and prayers.
